Every order ships from our shop in Key West, Florida, packed by hand by our small (but amazing) team. We aim to get things out the door within 1–3 business days, and we'll email you tracking the moment it's on the way.

A note: once tracking shows your package delivered, we're unable to take responsibility for it. And if an order comes back to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we're not able to refund the original shipping.

We want you to love your purchase! If the eligible item you ordered does not fit or is not to your liking we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original method of payment. To be eligible, the following requirements must be met.

Returns must be received within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items marked to 50% off more more are Final Sale. Fragrance, skincare and underwear are Final Sale.
