Processing
Every order ships from our shop in Key West, Florida, packed by hand by our small (but amazing) team. Free shipping for purchases $250 or more. We aim to get things out the door within 1–3 business days, and we'll email you tracking the moment it's on the way.
A note: once tracking shows your package delivered, we're unable to take responsibility for it. And if an order comes back to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we're not able to refund the original shipping.
Returns

We want you to love what you have ordered. If for any reason you are not in love with your purchase, we will gladly accept online returns to your original method of payment or store credit within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.
Return Requirements
-Sale items cannot be returned. Discounts are noted on each product's page.
-Sale items purchased with any additional discount applied (Extra --% Off) are final sale.
-Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, candles, spa products, earrings and hair accessories due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.
-Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
-Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear will be denied a refund and shipped back to you.
-Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged and without postage labels.
Online Returns - by Mail
-Create a label with the carrier of your choice, and send your item back to the address listed on your return/exchange form. Be sure to include the form inside the package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (including return label costs)
Returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival.
When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves.
